Le impugnature, sia per uomo (U) che per donna (D), sono realizzate in resina antigraffio nei colori, tartaruga, corno e nero. Le aste in legno di faggio vengono a lungo stagionate e poi trattate in camere di essicazione prima di procedere alla laccatura. Il puntale in vero corno preserva l'asta dall'umidità del terreno e conferisce la giusta elasticità nel contatto con il suolo. Inoltre - in caso di necessità - è possibile applicare sul puntale di corno quello in gomma antiscivolo.

Die Stöcke aus Buchenholz werden lange gelagert und vor der Lackierung noch in Trockenkammern behandelt. Die Spìtze aus echtem Horn bewahrt den Stock vor der Erdfeuchtigkeit und verleiht ihm die rechte Elastizität beim Kontakt mit dem Boden. Falls nötig, ist es überdies möglich, einen rutschfesten Gummikopf auf die Hornspitze zu setzen.
